Labeler for wrapping round containers traveling on existing conveyors.
· Label web width to 4.5-inches (6.5 inch version available at extra cost).
· 14-inch diameter unwind
· Servomotor label and wrap belt drive.
· One-touch gap sensor.
· Speeds to 1000-inches/minute feed rate. Typically will run 60-100 containers per minute with a 6-inch long label
· Unrestricted label length.
· Quick threading.
· Stainless steel version available, as shown to right.
· Includes backing pad for opposite side of container (as shown). The upright is removed to place the labeler against the conveyor.
· No-tool adjustments.
· PLC controlled with color touch- screen operator touch panel.
· 208-230VAC, single phase
· Optionally available as 120VAC with stepper motor drives instead of servos for the same price.
· No air requirement.
· Optional date-code printer available.
· Includes leveling feet or optional locking casters.
